Guilt Free Chocolate Guide!

I just received a link to this fabulous web-page and have to pass it on. It is an extensive guide by World Vision to chocolate brands and types available in Australia that are FAIRTRADE and can guarantee that no slave labour was used in the farming of the cocoa beans.

I'd also like to add that in terms of buying cooking cocoa I've found a place in Newtown, Sydney on Enmore Rd (directly opposite Enmore Theatre) called Alfalfa House that stocks fairtrade cooking cocoa. Just take your own container to fill up as they're also against excess packaging!
